We offer free local pickup from five distribution centers across the country, so a warehouse is likely within easy reach. To run this network of locations, we've partnered with Smart Warehousing to manage shipments and local pickups, which makes us one of the largest candle supply distributors in the USA.

How Local Pickup Works
When you're ready to check out, select the "local pickup" option. This option appears once your order subtotal reaches at least $250 before taxes. The one exception is our Texas location, which has no order minimum for pickup.
If you're picking up from our TX warehouse, you can stop by anytime during business hours with no scheduling required. For all other locations, a member of our customer service team will contact you to schedule a pickup day. Once the day is confirmed, visit your chosen warehouse at the scheduled time.

Bring your order #
Please have your order number handy when you arrive. It helps us locate your order quickly.
Pickup deadline
Orders must be picked up on the scheduled day or the following business day, otherwise the order is restocked. We then issue store credit for the order amount, less our $25 restocking fee.
