With five distribution centers across the country, we get your candle supplies to you quickly and affordably. Most orders placed by Noon local time qualify for same-day shipping, and our five-location network puts 1-day transit within reach for most customers. Here's everything you need to know about carriers, costs, and transit times.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship to the US, Canada, and military addresses (APO boxes). Any shipping methods available for your order display at checkout once your state and zip code are entered.

Carriers We Offer

FedEx

Our main carrier. Ground, Home Delivery, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight. Available on all orders except military addresses and pallet quantities. Standard Overnight is not available in every area, so very rural addresses may not qualify for it.

USPS

For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, continental-US PO Boxes, and military addresses. Combustible items must have a flash point of 165°F or higher to qualify.

LTL

For orders over 300 lbs or pallet quantities. We pass our significant freight discounts on to you, which keeps bulk orders cost-effective. Multiple carriers to choose from.

FedEx Ground vs. Home Delivery

Transit times for the two FedEx ground services are identical. The difference is the delivery days. FedEx Ground delivers Monday through Friday. FedEx Home Delivery delivers seven days a week and is available to residential addresses only. For example, in a two-day transit zone, an order placed Thursday arrives Monday by Ground or Saturday by Home Delivery.

Prefer to use your own freight carrier? We're happy to ship using your account number with the carrier of your choice. Give us a call to arrange it. For customer-arranged freight, you'll provide the bill of lading and schedule the pickup once your order is complete.

What You Should Know About LTL Shipping

LTL (less-than-truckload) is a little different from regular shipping. Larger items, like cases of wax and glass, are placed directly on a pallet, while smaller items are still placed in a shipping box for safe keeping. A few things to know before you choose it:

What is a lift gate?

A device on the truck that lowers the pallet to the ground. You'll need one if you don't have a forklift or loading dock at your delivery location.

Can I ship to a residence?

Yes. Our LTL carriers accommodate residential deliveries, though it may take an extra 1–2 days to arrange delivery.

Discounted Shipping

Orders weighing 250 lbs or more that ship FedEx Ground or Home Delivery automatically qualify for discounted pricing, typically 25%–35% savings over regular FedEx rates. You don't need to request it; the website calculates the discount for you in the cart.

International Shipping

We ship internationally only to Canada and US territories, via FedEx or USPS. If any duty fees or taxes are due on delivery, the customer is responsible for those charges. Expect the following FedEx Ground clearance entry fees based on your order's customs value:

Canada Clearance Entry Fees (FedEx Ground)

Customs Value (CAD$)Clearance Entry Fee
$0 – $40$0
$40.01 – $60$15.45
$60.01 – $100$19.30

How to Estimate Your Delivery

To estimate when your order will arrive, account for both our processing time and the carrier's transit time:

  • Our processing: Orders placed by Noon local time (online or by phone) qualify for same day shipping. We're closed Saturday and Sunday, so weekend orders are processed Monday in the order received.
  • Carrier transit: Use the maps above. FedEx Ground delivers Mon–Fri; Home Delivery Mon–Sun (residential only); Standard Overnight and 2 Day deliver Mon–Fri.
  • Express processing: Choosing Overnight or 2 Day reduces FedEx's delivery time. It does not change our processing time.
  • The ship day doesn't count as transit: FedEx picks up from our dock at 5 PM, so the shipment day isn't a transit day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my case of wax ship in its own box?

We ship our cases of wax in the same boxes the manufacturer ships them in. Since these cases of wax are very heavy, it is more economical to ship them in their own box, especially since FedEx now adds an additional handling fee of about $25 for any package weighing 50 lbs or more.

My order should be shipping in more than one box. Why do I only have one tracking number?

FedEx uses a master tracking number for all packages on a shipment, but each box should have its own tracking number as well. If you go to www.fedex.com and enter your master tracking number, it will show you the tracking info for the whole shipment. You can click see full details to view the tracking information for each package.

What are your shipping prices?

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package being shipped and the destination zip code. If you are curious what your shipping charges will be, add the item(s) you want to your shopping cart, view your cart, enter your state and zip code, and click the Get Estimate button to display eligible shipping options. Depending on the contents of your cart, shipping charges could be displayed for FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight, Multiple LTL Carriers, or USPS Priority Mail. You can alter your cart as many times as you like to see what the shipping charges might be, and you can select your preferred method of shipping in your cart so the total is displayed. You will still have the option to change it during checkout if you wish.

Why are the shipping charges so much when I am only ordering one item?

There is a base charge that FedEx has for making the trip to deliver a package. As you add items to that same package, the shipping does not greatly increase. For instance, shipping charges for a one pound package or a five pound package may only increase by a couple of dollars. That's a difference of a few one ounce fragrances in a one pound box or as many as fifty in the five pound box. It always helps reduce your overall shipping costs to consolidate your orders as much as possible.

How can I track my order?

First, sign in to your account using the SIGN IN link at the top right of the page. From the options on the left, select Account Dashboard or My Orders. Follow the View Order link for the order you would like to track, then select the Order Shipments tab. You can use the Track this shipment link on the right side of the screen, or click the tracking number for your order.

I have placed an order and still cannot track it. When will that information be available?

Tracking information will not be available through FedEx or USPS until your order has been pulled, packed, and a shipping label has been created. If your order shows shipment information sent to the carrier, that means we have readied your order for shipment but FedEx or USPS does not yet have it in their possession.

Can my order be shipped in a box without your company logo?

All of our boxes do have our logo on them, and we are not able to ship your order in a box without our logo because we do not have any. However, we can offer to cover the logo for you if requested. If this is something you require, please call customer service at 1-800-929-9425 to place your order over the phone.

Can I place an order and have it shipped to an alternate address?

Yes. We are able to ship your order to an address other than the billing address. This option is available during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

See the time-in-transit maps and processing guidelines above to estimate your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the United States (all 50 states), Canada, and military addresses such as APO boxes.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

FedEx is our main shipping method. You can select FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, or an expedited shipping method in the cart and during checkout. We also ship by USPS, and this option will display if your order qualifies. If your order requires LTL shipping, that is quoted in the cart and checkout process as well. Our LTL shipping rates are extremely competitive.

What is the difference between FedEx Ground and Home Delivery?

FedEx offers two different ground transit services, Ground and Home Delivery, and the transit times for them are identical. The main difference is the days that deliveries are made. FedEx Ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Home Delivery is only available to residential addresses. If you are in a two day transit time from us and place an order on Thursday, a FedEx Ground delivery would arrive on Monday and a FedEx Home Delivery shipment would arrive Saturday. If you are in a two day transit time and place an order on Friday, a FedEx Ground delivery would arrive on Tuesday and a FedEx Home Delivery shipment would arrive on Sunday.

Do you offer a shipping discount for high weight shipments?

Shipping charges on all packages receive a significant discount over list rates, but there is an additional discount when the total weight of the shipment reaches 250 pounds or more. When entering items into your cart, the weight of the current items is displayed, and the discounted shipping price is displayed when you calculate the shipping charges in your cart. This can be a significant savings (around 30%), so make sure to check the savings if the weight of your order is close to qualifying.

Do you offer pallet shipping by LTL (Less Than Truckload)?

Yes, we ship LTL every day on many orders. LTL is a viable option for substantial shipping savings if your order is around 300 lbs or more, and we are able to ship LTL to both commercial and residential addresses. Shipping charges for this method are calculated automatically in the cart and during checkout after you enter your state and zip code. The charge for a lift gate, if applicable, does not get added to the shipping total until checkout. Many of our heavy items, such as a pallet of wax, a pallet of jars, or a mixed pallet of several items, ship LTL, and the savings is substantial.

Will shipping charges on a pallet quantity be calculated correctly in the shopping cart?

Shipping charges calculated on pallet quantities are correct. During checkout, you will have the option to add a lift gate if required. Depending on the shipping method you choose, there may be an extra fee for the lift gate that is not shown in the cart.

Can I use my choice of carrier for LTL shipments?

Yes. If you have a carrier that you normally use and would like to schedule the pickup, you are welcome to do so. If you choose to schedule it yourself, you will need to provide us with a completed bill of lading, and we can let you know when the shipment will be ready for pickup.
