Partnering With Smart Warehousing to Better Serve You

We're excited to announce our partnership with Smart Warehousing to manage shipments and local pickups from our new distribution centers!

Pick Up Your Orders Locally at Our New Distribution Centers!

Select the "local pickup" option at checkout.
If you are picking up from our TX warehouse, you can stop by anytime during business hours.
For all other locations, a member of our customer service team will contact you to schedule a pickup day.
Once confirmed, simply visit your chosen warehouse at the scheduled time. It's that easy!

Please note: For orders containing 25lb pails or pallets of glass or wax, please allow 1 business day before pickup.
Fragrance pails only available for pickup at our TX location.

Pick Up Instructions

  • Find your pickup location: Use the map above to locate the distribution center nearest to you. Click on a city name below to jump to detailed information for that location.
  • Bring your order #: Please have your order number handy when you arrive. It helps locate your order quickly.
  • Pickup deadline: Orders must be picked up on the scheduled day or the following business day otherwise the order will be restocked. We will then issue you store credit for the amount of the order less our restocking fee of $25.
