Trying to review your orders placed before 10/02/2023? We expect to have this data loaded to your account by the end of the week. If you need anything at all until then, our customer service team will happily assist you.

Navigate our product selection effortlessly with advanced filters to find exactly what you need.
Order History Search
Dive into your order history to track when you last ordered an item and view purchase quantities. (Order history prior to 10/02/2023 coming soon!)
Streamlined Checkout
Enjoy a smoother, hassle-free checkout process designed for your convenience.
CSV Order Upload
Simplify larger orders with many different products by uploading your order via .csv files in the Quick Order screen in your account.
Some things we are actively working through:
1. If you've subscribed to receive our SMS marketing and you have a coupon code, please be aware that the code will not work on our new website. However, if you will contact customer service, we can provide you with a new code.
2. Your order history prior to 10/02/2023 is currently unavailable through your account portal, we expect to have this available in your account by 12/11/2023.
3. Some customers' loyalty point balances did not get transferred accurately to the new website. Rest assured, we want you to redeem those points for free fragrances just as badly as you, we're working on it!
