Description
This wax is a special blend designed to make paraffin votive candles. It's also great for making tarts/melts as it has a relatively low melting point. Because this wax is designed to shrink for a good mold release, a second pour is required for a smooth finish.
(If you are making tarts/melts with this wax, we recommend testing it with your specific warmer. Not all warmers are the same as some have a higher wattage bulb and melt the wax better than others.)
- Holds an average amount of fragrance oil at 6%
- Average pouring temperature is between 150-170°F
- Melt point - 128°
- Flash Point - 500°F
- Smooth, glossy finish.
- Good mold release.
- Very good burn characteristics.
