Guidelines for Choosing a Soy Wax

Soy Wax Benefits

Soy wax is a 100% natural material that comes from a renewable resource - soybeans. Soy wax is classified as a non-toxic and clean-burning fuel source, giving you and your customers peace of mind. Generally denser than paraffin wax, soy wax allows for a longer burn time while still being capable of a great scent throw. The flake form in which soy waxes come makes it very easy to work with. Soy wax is commonly used for container candles and tealights, and with the proper selection, it can also be suitable for making soy wax tarts and other types of candles.

Golden Wax

Golden Brands' "Golden Wax" soy waxes are a little newer than NatureWax products, however, they have quickly become a favorite among candle-makers. These waxes are used in candles, lotions, lip balms, and many other non-edible uses. We currently carry five Golden Wax soy products, two of which are pure soy container waxes, two of which are enhanced soy container waxes, and one soy wax for tarts and melts.

Pure Soy Wax from Golden Wax
