Burgundy/Mauve liquid dye gives your candles a rich wine-toned color that ranges from soft mauve to deep burgundy. It is highly soluble in wax and free of the insoluble particles and sediment sometimes found in powdered dyes, which also helps prevent color shifting after the pour.
This dye is extremely concentrated. On average, one ounce colors over 100 pounds of wax to a medium shade, and adjusting the amount lets you dial in lighter or deeper tones. A little goes a long way in both small and large batches.

How to Use
Add your fragrance oil first and stir it in. Heat your wax to its recommended pour temperature, then add liquid dye a few drops per pound of wax at a time and stir into the fully melted wax until the color is uniform with no streaks.
Since wax darkens as it cools, always test the shade on a cooled sample before pouring your full batch.
