The #27 Black Dye Block colors candle wax a deep black and is easy to use whether you want a solid black or a softer gray. Drop a whole block into a large batch, or shave off a piece for smaller pours when you want a lighter, more muted tone.
Because the shade depends on how much wax you color, a single block can range from a light charcoal gray to a full black. Each block measures about 2 inches long, and a free Dye Block Color Chart with usage guidelines is available to guide your color choices.

How to Use
Add your fragrance oil first and stir it in. Heat your wax to its recommended pour temperature, then shave or cut in the amount of dye block you need and stir into the fully melted wax until the color is uniform with no streaks.
Since wax darkens as it cools, always test the shade on a cooled sample before pouring your full batch.
