Shipping Methods

We currently ship to the US, Canada, and military addresses (APO boxes.) Any shipping methods available for your order will display at checkout after your state and zip code are entered. The following are shipping options we offer:

FedEx - All orders (except for military addresses and pallet quantities), are eligible for shipping by FedEx. We offer Ground, Home Delivery, 2nd Day, and Standard Overnight services.

FedEx offers two different ground transit services - Ground and Home Delivery. The transit times for them are identical. The main difference is the days that deliveries are made. FedEx Ground packages are delivered Monday through Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery packages are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Home Delivery is only available to residential addresses.

If you are in a two-day transit time from us and place an order on Thursday, a FedEx Ground delivery should arrive on Monday, and a FedEx Home Delivery shipment should arrive Saturday. If you are in a two-day transit time and place an order on Friday, either service should deliver on Tuesday.

Please keep in mind that FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipping options do not come with a guaranteed delivery date. 2nd Day Air and Standard Overnight are the only guaranteed shipping options offered on our website. (As of January 17th, 2022, FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee on some of their Express shipping options which include: 2nd Day Air and Priority Freight. This is due to the high volumes they have been seeing since 2020. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Express shipping, please contact customer service. We appreciate your patience and understanding.)

As of January 20, 2020, FedEx charges a $25+ "additional handling fee" for any packages weighing 50 lbs or more (fee varies based on your shipping zone). We will pack orders in boxes weighing less than 50 lbs to avoid this fee but any cases of wax weighing 50+ lbs will have this additional fee for each box on top of the normal shipping charges. United States Postal Service - Some orders are eligible to ship by USPS Priority Mail. To be eligible, the items on your order must fit in the Small Flat Rate box or select LSCS boxes. This is for small parcel shipping in the continental United States. Any fragrance oils or combustibles must also have a flashpoint of 165F or higher to qualify for USPS shipping. The USPS option will display if your order qualifies. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or have a military address, you may request shipping by the United States Postal Service by telephone for any order (except pallet quantities.) We recommend placing your order by 12 PM CST to have your order shipped out the same day. Please contact customer service if you have any questions or concerns.

FedEx Freight LTL - Orders totaling over 300 pounds total weight or orders with pallet quantities are eligible to ship via FedEx Freight LTL. This option will display if your order qualifies. We receive incredible discounts on LTL shipping, and we pass these savings on to our customers.

We can ship by the carrier of your choice as well using your account number for that carrier. You may request this option by phone. If your order qualifies for LTL shipping, you will be responsible for providing the bill of lading and scheduling the pickup.

What You Should Know About Freight Shipping

Freight shipping is slightly different from regular shipping so here are a few things that you need to know before choosing this option.

What is a Lift Gate? A liftgate is a device on the truck that will help lower the pallet from the truck to the ground. You will need a lift gate if you do not have a forklift or loading dock available at your shipping location.

Can I ship to a residence? Yes! FedEx Freight is happy to accommodate residential deliveries however, it may take an extra 1-2 days because they will need to make special arrangements for delivery to your home.

Economy Freight vs. Priority Freight. Economy Freight is similar to shipping FedEx Ground in that it does not come with a delivery date guarantee. Priority Freight is guaranteed unless you need a lift gate. Because not all FedEx Freight trucks have lift gates available, Priority shipping with a lift gate cannot be guaranteed.

Discounted Shipping

Orders weighing 250 pounds or more that are shipping FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery qualify for discounted pricing. The discount varies and can range between 25% - 35% savings over regular FedEx pricing. You do not need to do anything to request this discounted shipping. The website automatically calculates this discount on FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipments.

International Shipping

We ship internationally only to Canada and US territories via FedEx or USPS. Please be aware that if there are any duty fees or taxes upon delivery of the shipment, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Here is what you can expect to pay for "clearance entry fees" based on the value of the items on your order:

Time in Transit - Guidelines

When trying to determine how long it will take for you to receive your shipment and which shipping method to choose, make sure to take the following into account:

The number of business days we will take to pack and ship your order. Most orders ship the same day. If an order is placed by 3pm CST (either on our website or phone-in orders) we will make EVERY effort to ship that same day. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday so those orders will be processed in the order in which they are received on Monday.

The number of business days FedEx or USPS will take to deliver to your area of the country. (See above maps)

FedEx Ground packages will be delivered Monday - Friday, and FedEx Home Delivery packages will be delivered Monday - Saturday and is available to residential addresses only. FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2 Day packages will be delivered Monday - Friday only.

It is important to note that even when you select express shipping methods such as FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2 Day this simply reduces the amount of time FedEx takes to deliver the package to you. The time it takes us to process your shipment does not change.

It is also important to note that the day of shipment does not count as a day in transit because packages are not picked up by FedEx from our dock until 5:00 pm the day that your order ships, so that day cannot be used as a day in transit. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days.
