Discounts apply to all fragrance oils: sample packs, 1 oz, 4 oz, 16 oz bottles, 5 lb jugs, and 25 lb pails. (Lead times still apply for out-of-stock 25 lb pails.) Points cannot be applied to other categories such as wax, wicks, or molds, or to tax or shipping.

Refer a Friend

Share your personal referral link from your rewards dashboard. Your friend gets a coupon for $10 off their first order of $50 or more. Once their qualifying purchase of $50+ (before shipping and taxes) ships, you earn 500 points, a $5 value.

How do I join the Lone Star Hall of Flame and what do I get for signing up?

Joining is free. Create an account, and you will earn 100 points right away as a welcome bonus. From there, you earn points on every purchase you make.

How do I earn points?

You earn points on every purchase, based on your subtotal before shipping and tax. The number of points you earn per dollar depends on your VIP tier, from 1 point per $1 at the Spark level up to 5 points per $1 at the Lone Star Legend level. You also earn bonus points on your birthday and when you refer a friend.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for a discount on fragrance oils. The more points you have, the larger the discount: 500 points is worth $5 off, 1,000 points is worth $10 off, and the value scales all the way up to 100,000 points for $1,000 off. See the redemption table above for every tier.

What can I use my points toward?

Point discounts apply to all of our fragrance oils, including sample packs, 1 oz, 4 oz, 16 oz bottles, 5 lb jugs, and 25 lb pails. They cannot be applied to other categories such as wax, wicks, or molds, and they cannot be applied to tax or shipping. Keep in mind that standard lead times still apply for any out-of-stock 25 lb pails.

What are the VIP tiers and how do I level up?

There are five VIP tiers, and you move up by earning more points within a year. Spark is the starting tier (0 points per year) and earns 1 point per $1. Flicker (150 points per year) earns 2 points per $1. Flame (850 points per year) earns 3 points per $1 plus early access to new products. Fire (4,000 points per year) earns 4 points per $1 plus early access to new products. Lone Star Legend (38,000 points per year) is our top tier and earns 5 points per $1, plus 500 birthday points, early access to new products, and priority inventory allocation. The more you order, the faster you climb, and the more points you earn on every dollar.

Do I get bonus points on my birthday?

Yes. Every member receives birthday points, and the amount grows with your tier: Spark earns 100 birthday points, Flicker earns 200, Flame earns 300, Fire earns 400, and Lone Star Legend earns 500.

How does Refer a Friend work?
