Yes! Our Orlando facility is fully climate controlled to protect your candle making supplies from Florida heat and humidity.

Do you help load large orders into my vehicle? ▼

Our team will help you load your candle making supplies safely into your vehicle so long as they can use a forklift to load pallet(s) into your vehicle. Our team may not be able to assist with single item loading or downstacking a pallet into your vehicle.

Can I combine shipping and pickup in the same order? ▼

This should only be a concern if you are purchasing 25lb fragrance pails or in the unlikely event that we are stocked out at the FL warehouse. If item(s) must be shipped from elsewhere, our friendly customer service team will coordinate with you to ship these additional items on our dime.
