Frequently Asked Questions about our Warehouse Locations

Do you stock everything at all your warehouses? ▼

We stock all our warehouses with all products other than the 25lb pails of fragrance oil. Those ship exclusively from our Keller, TX location. This way, whether you need to pick up your candle supplies or have them shipped directly, your order may be filled completely from our warehouse nearest to you.

Is there an order minimum to pick up from the other locations? ▼

Yes, we currently have an order minimum of $250 to pick up from our locations in Ontario, Orlando, Plainfield, and Northampton. There is no minimum to pick up from our Keller location.

How do I choose local pickup? ▼

During checkout, so long as your cart value meets our minimum of $250, a Local Pickup option for your nearest warehouse will automatically appear in your available shipping methods. Simply choose this pickup option and one of our customer service reps will follow up with you to schedule your pickup time.

How do I know when to pick up my order? ▼

One of our friendly customer service reps will reach out to you to schedule your pickup time. Most orders are ready within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please note that we generally need 1-2 business days to prepare your order for pickup.

We expanded to serve candle makers nationwide with faster, more affordable pickup options. These locations reduce shipping costs and delivery times for our customers across the country. High shipping costs are an extremely common complaint in the wholesale candle supply industry, an issue we have now fixed by having the most widely-available inventory of luxury candle making supplies across the United States.
