Our Ivory liquid dye lends candles a soft, warm off-white tone that blends smoothly into melted wax. Because it is fully soluble, it leaves behind none of the insoluble particles or sediment you can get with powdered dyes, so the finished color stays clean and even.
That solubility also helps reduce color shifting as your candles cure. The dye is extremely concentrated, so a little goes a long way: on average about 1 ounce colors over 100 pounds of wax to a medium shade. Adjust the amount you add to reach the exact depth of ivory you want.

How to Use
Add your fragrance oil first and stir it in. Heat your wax to its recommended pour temperature, then add liquid dye a few drops per pound of wax at a time and stir into the fully melted wax until the color is uniform with no streaks.
Since wax darkens as it cools, always test the shade on a cooled sample before pouring your full batch.
